摘　　要：美国海军针对作业风险管理制定了一个政策性的指导文件,要求海军内部所有人员必须贯彻执行。分析了美国海军进行作业风险管理需要开展的主要工作,在此基础上对美国海军作业风险管理过程中各级人员的相关职责进行阐述,并对美国海军作业风险管理的层次和作用进行了简述。The US Navy developed a policy guidance document for operational risk management, requiring all personnel within the Navy must follow it. This paper makes analysis of the US Navy operational risk management work, discusses relevant duty at all levels of staff in the US Navy operational risk management process, and describes the level and the role of the United States Navy operational risk management. The Navy operational risk management practices is worth learning.
