摘　　要：当前,我国法学教学存在不足,主要表现为教学指导思想混乱和人才培养体制不完善。将功能等同法应用到法学教学中,对签名及电子签名、数据电讯发送与接收的授课过程及教学思维进行实践讲解,可以完善当前法学教学和人才培养中的不足。Presently, the teaching of law in China is weak, which is mainly reflected in the guiding ideology of teaching thrown into confusion and the imperfect personnel training system. The introduction of the function equivalent approach into the teaching of law, and the practical explanation of the teaching process and teaching thinking for the signature and electronic signature, and the data message sending and receiving, can improve the current law teaching and personnel training.
