摘 要:以未固化中性硅酮胶溶于石油醚形成溶液,采用浸渍提拉法在玻璃片表面形成涂膜,然后通过热处理制备超疏水膜。讨论了溶液浓度、热处理温度和时间对超疏水薄膜的影响。结果表明:0.05g/mL的溶液提拉所制备的膜在450℃温度下热处理1h后其可见光透过率超过85%,与水的接触角达160°,滚动角<2°。SEM结果表明其表面由粒径约25nm的球状颗粒聚集成多孔结构。Superhydrophobic films were prepared by heat treatment of dip-coated glass substrate in a neutral silicone petroleum ether solution. The influence of solution concentration, temperature and time of heat treatment on the films was discussed. When dip-coating in 0.05 g/mL solution and heat treating at 450℃ for lh, the obtained films showed a water contact angle (CA) of 160° and a sliding angle (SA) less than 2°,and the transmittance was more than 85 % in the visible region. SEM images indicated that the films were covered by porous micro/nano structures that made up of about 25 nm spherical particles.
