摘 要:采用聚苯胺(PANI)为改性剂对Mm0.78Mg0.22Ni2.48Mn0.09Al0.23Co0.47(Mm由82.3%La和17.7%Nd组成)(AB3)储氢合金进行表面改性,以提高其电化学和动力学性能。运用X射线衍射(XRD)技术分析了合金相结构,结果表明:添加PAN2后合金电极的相结构并没有发生改变。电化学测试结果表明:添加PAN2后AB3合金电极的放电容量有所降低,但循环稳定性得到很大的提高,50个充放电循环后电极的容量保持率由原来的83.3%增加到93.3%(AB3/2wt%PANI);合金电极的动力学性能也得到了改善。Mm0 78Mg0:22Ni2.48Mn0.09A10.23Co0.47 (Mm of 82. 3% La and 17.7% Nd composition) (AB3) hydrogen storage alloy was modified by polyaniline (PANI) as a modifier to improve its electrical chemical and kinetic properties: The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the phase structure of alloy did not change after adding polyaniline. The elec- trochemical results showed that the maximum discharge capacity of alloy electrode was reduced and the cycle stability of alloy electrode was greatly improved through adding potyaniline. The capacity retention rate of alloy increased from original 83.3 % to 93.3 % (AB3/2wt% PANI) after 50 charge/discharge cycles. Furthermore, the kinetic properties of alloy electrode was improved.
