摘  要:对以甲酸、甘油为原料合成丙烯醇的脱氧反应进行了分步研究,考查了温度和加料比(MR)对第一步酯化反应甘油酯化率的影响,甘油酯化率和第二步脱氧反应过程滴加甲酸对丙烯醇产率的影响。结果表明:甘油与甲酸发生酯化反应的最佳反应温度为140℃;MR=4时,酯化率达到78%,丙烯醇产率达到71%;MR=0.6时,在脱氧反应过程滴加甲酸,滴加量为0.2mol时,丙烯醇产率为42%,丙烯醇产率提高了12%。Allyl alcohol was synthesized from formic acid and glycerol by esterification and deoxygenation. The effects of the temperature and mole ratio(MR)of formic acid to glycerol were tested. Esterification ratio and addition of for- mic acid in the deoxygenation recation were carefully investigated. The results showed that the optimum esterification reac- tion temperature was 140℃ ;when MR=4 ,the glycerol esterifaication was up to 78 %, and the yield of allyl aleohol meas- ured by glycerol was 71%. When MR= 0.6,addition of 0.2mol formic acid in the deoxygenation reaction, the yield of allyl alcohol measured by glycerol was 42% ,the yield improved by 12M.
