校园污水的初级絮凝处理研究

摘  要:分析测定我校污水的浊度、pH值、COD值和TSS等,通过单一使用聚合氯化铝(PAC)、单一使用壳聚糖(CS)、复合使用聚合氯化铝/壳聚糖(PAC/CS)3种方式考察体系pH值、搅拌速率、静置时间等因素处理校园污水效果进行对比研究;正交试验结果表明最佳絮凝工艺为:在校园污水体系pH值为7.0,聚合氯化铝的投加量为80mg·L-1,壳聚糖的用量为20mg·L-1,搅拌速率为50r·min-1,静置时间为5min时,对污水处理得到较为满意的效果,浊度去除率为94.1%、COD的去除率为92.8%、悬浮固体物总量(TSS)去除率为93.5%、残留铝含量为0.146mg·L-1。另外,还对PAC/CS絮凝处理机理作了初步探讨。该研究具有较好的理论研究价值和经济效益。The turbidity,pH value,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and total suspended solids(TSS)of campus sew- age were determined firstly. As a control group,polyaluminium chlorlde(PAC)and ehitosan(CS)were singly selected to co- agulating sewage, then the cooperated flocculation of PAC/CS was further investigated, The influence of the factors such as pH value of solution,mixing speed and laying-aside time on the process of sewage were studied. The orthogonal experiment indicated that the optimal conditions:the pH value of solution was 7.0,the dosage of PAC and CS were 80mg · L-1 and 20mg · L-1 ,respectively^stirring rate was 50 r· min-1 ,aging time was 5rain,and removal rates of COD,turbidity and TSS were 92.8 %, 94.1 % and 93.5 %, respectively,the residual aluminium was 0. 146mg · L-1. Finally, the mechanism of floe- culation with PAC/CS was also discussed,which had certain theoretical meaning and good economic benefits.
