摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和全氟聚醚接枝苯乙烯为反应单体,在非/阴离子复合乳化剂条件下,采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了一种新型具有低表面能的含氟丙烯酸酯三元共聚物乳液。红外光谱分析表明含氟单体已成功引入到共聚物链段中,该聚合物乳液具有良好的贮存、离心和稀释稳定性等,经纳米粒径分析表明乳液粒子的大小分布于50~200nm之间,聚合物乳液涂膜的表面能较低,静态水接触角可达125°。并具有良好的热稳定性、抗细菌和硅藻吸附性。A novel perfluoropolyether grafted acrylate copolymer emulsion was synthesized by semi-continuous e- mulsion polymerization and using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), methyl m ethacrylate (MMA) and perfluoropolyether modified styrene as monomers, and tridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene (TO-5) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) were used as composite emulsifier. The structure of copolymer was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and indicated the poly- merization of the fluorinated monomers was successful. Nano particle size analysis showed that size of emulsion particles were distributed between 50~ 200 nm. Emulsion stability analysis showed that the emulsion had good storage, centrifugal and dilution stability. A low surface energy coating can be obtained through the copolymer emulsion with water contact an- gle as 125°. The results of antibiofouling experiments indieated that the coating had good bacterial and diatom adhesion re- sistance.
