消肿片辅助手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎伴乳头凹陷及对患者血清性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨消肿片辅助手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎伴乳头凹陷及对患者血清性激素的影响。方法在该院就诊的浆细胞性乳腺炎伴乳头凹陷患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组:行手术治疗。观察组:在手术治疗基础上给予消肿片治疗。结果观察组总有效率100.0%高于对照组总有效率77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者症状积分低于对照组患者症状积分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者催乳素、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平低于对照组患者催乳素、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿片辅助手术治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎伴乳头凹陷临床疗效显著,可以降低患者血清性激素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaozhong tablets assistant operation treatment of plasma cell mastitis with nipple depression and its intervention on serum sex hormone. Methods A total of 72 cases of plasma cell mastitis with nipple depression patients, admitted in author＇s hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group. Control group： treated with operation. The observation group： operation treatment combined with Xiaozhong tablets. Results The total efficiency of the observation group of 100% was higher than 77.78% in the control group, with significant difference （ P〈0.05）. After treatment, symptom scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.01）. After treatment, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiaozhong tablets assistant operation treatment of plasma cell mastitis with nipple depression, clinical curative effect is good, can decrease the level of serum sex hormone.
