自助式血液透析治疗对患者临床症状的控制及生活质量的改善作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自助式血液透析治疗对患者临床症状的控制及生活质量的改善作用。方法从该院2012年9月—2013年9月收治的行血液透析的患者中随机选择34例进行研究,均实施自助血液透析健康教育和培训,并指导患者进行自助血液透析治疗。随访1-12个月,对患者自助血液透析治疗前后的SCL-90自评症状量表各项评分和生活质量各项指标得分情况进行分析。结果经统计和比较,在治疗之后,患者的SCL-90自评症状量表各项评分均显著的降低,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,即提示患者的临床症状得到了显著的改善。治疗后较之治疗前,患者的生活质量各项指标得分均出现显著上升情况,经比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。治疗后,患者的自我效能量表得分较之治疗前得到显著的提高（P〈0.05）,即表明患者的自我调节能力显著增强。结论自助式血液透析治疗可以有效控制患者的临床症状,并改善其生活质量,效果确切。Objective To explore the effect of self- service hemodialysis treatment for controlling patient＇s clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. Methods Totally 34 cases of patients with hemodialysis in author＇s hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected, and were given self- help dialysis health education and training, and the patients were guided self - help hemodialysis treatment. One to twelve months of follow- up, the patients before and after hemodialysis in the treatment of self- help SCL - 90 self rating symptom scores and quality of life indicators were analyzed. Results By the statistics analysis, after treatment, patients with SCL- 90 self rating symptom scale scores were reduced greatly, the differences were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）, namely, the clinical symptoms of the patients were improved. After treatment, compared with before treatment, the patients quality of life index score were statistically significant increased, same as the self- efficacy scale score （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self blood dialysis treatment can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients, and improve their quality of life, with exact effect.
