摘  要:目的:探讨人工老化处理对高粱种子萌发特性和相关生理生化指标的影响。方法:以高粱吉杂127和吉杂355为试材,人工老化处理(50℃、RH 100%)高粱种子,测定其发芽指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数)和各项生理生化指标。结果:随着老化程度的加深,发芽指标均呈现下降趋势,吉杂127上述各指标在老化处理后与对照相比分别降低4.2%-46.9%、18.0%-51.7%、18.0%-51.7%和29.8%-79.3%,吉杂355相应指标经各老化处理后与对照相比分别降低25.3%-83.2%、10.39%-81.8%、9.9%-81.8%和17.26%-90.9%,下降幅度更为明显。老化过程中,种子中POD活性逐渐减低,而MDA含量、电导率和可溶性蛋白质含量均随老化时间的延长逐渐升高。结论:膜损伤是高粱种子老化的主要原因,其中POD活性和MDA含量变化能很好地反映出种子老化程度。Objective:The objective of the current study was to explore the effects of artificial aging on germination,physical and chemical characteristics of sorghum seeds.Method:Two sorghum hybrids,Jiza 127 and Jiza355 were treated in the condition of high temperature(50 ℃) and high humidity(100% relative humidity).The germination parameters(germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index,physical and chemical parameters were measured.Result:The result showed that the germination parameters were reduced in aged seeds.The above four germination parameters of Jiza 127 decreased by 4.2%-46.9%,18.0%-51.7%,18.0%-51.7% and 29.8%-79.3%,respectively;and those of Jiza 355 were reduced by 25.3%-83.2%,10.39%-81.8%,9.9%-81.8% and 17.26%-90.9%,respectively.The POD activities of Jiza 127 and Jiza 355 decreased respectively by 86% and 81% after 6 days aging.MDA content,electrical conductivity and soluble protein increased along with aging time,with increase by 74%,47%,53%(Jiza 127) and 44%,47%,30%(Jiza 355) after 6 days aging.Conclusion:The main reason of seeds aging is that the cell membrane systems were compromised.The activities of POD and MDA content can well reflect the aging degree of sorghum seeds.
