摘  要:通过田间生长状况的观察,找出75株苜蓿花药组织培养再生植株与叶片气孔数和气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数相关的指标,采用聚类分析间接鉴定不同植株染色体的倍性。结果表明:花培植株中单倍体植株有8株,其中雄性可育与雄性不育的花培植株各有4株,占总株数的10.7%;在雄性可育花培植株中气孔数和叶绿体数呈显著正相关,而在雄性不育花培植株中主茎粗与株高及SPAD值呈显著正相关。The goals of this study were using the clustering analysis to identify the different chromosome ploidy plants of Medicago varia Martin. cv. Caoyuan No. 1 anther tissue culture regeneration plants. We find the stomata number and stomatal guard cells chloroplast number related indexes through field observation of 75 anther tissue culture regeneration plants. The result indicated that there were 8 haploid plants of the 75 regeneration plants ,4 were male fertile plants and 4 were male sterile plants, they were 10.7 percent of the total regeneration plants;The relationships between stomata number and chloroplast number were significant positive correlation of male fertile plants, while the main stem diameter with stem length and SPAD were significant positive correlation of male sterile plants.
