不同老化时间对3种牧草种子活力的影响

摘　　要：以紫花苜蓿、缘毛雀麦和蒙农红豆草3种牧草种子为材料,研究比较在45℃和RH 100%条件下不同老化时间(48 h、60 h、72 h、84 h、96 h、108 h、120 h、132 h)对3种牧草种子活力的影响。结果表明:在45℃和RH 100%条件下,随着老化时间的延长,3种牧草种子的相对发芽率和活力指数均有不同程度的变化,其中缘毛雀麦与紫花苜蓿种子老化处理108 h、红豆草种子老化处理48 h时,种子活力指数出现明显变化,显著(p<0.05)低于对照;3种牧草种子发芽率的变化均晚于活力的变化。Alfalfa, tricholoma nutans and Mengnong sainfoin three kinds of forage grass seeds were used as materials in the experiment,The effect of different ageing time （60 h,48 h,72 h,84 h,96 h, 108 h, 120 h, 132 h） on the three kinds of grass seed vigor under 45℃ and RH 100% were analysed. The results show that under the condition of 45℃ and RH 100%, with the extension of ageing time, the three kinds of grass seed germination rate and vigor index all have different degrees of change ： tricholoma nutans and alfalfa seed ageing 108 h, sainfoin seed ageing 48 h when the seed vigor index have significant change （ p 〈 0.05 ） than controls ; Three kinds of grass seed germination rate are later than the dynamic changes.
