练苗期营养液浓度对黄瓜幼苗贮运质量的影响

摘　　要：以黄瓜幼苗为试材,采用练苗期喷施不同营养液浓度的方法,研究练苗期不同营养液浓度处理(T1、T2、T3、T4)对不同贮存天数(0、2、4d)下黄瓜幼苗主要形态指标的变化规律与叶绿素含量的变化情况,以及定植后植株恢复能力的影响。结果表明:在短期(0、2d)贮运黄瓜幼苗时,将练苗期营养液浓度控制在1/2倍液有利于较好的保持幼苗长势,缩短缓苗期有利于幼苗定植后恢复生长;在中期(4d)贮运黄瓜幼苗时,练苗期营养液浓度适宜选择1/4倍液、1/2倍液,能够保持较好的商品苗品质,利于幼苗定植后存活,缩短缓苗期。Taking cucumber seedling as material,this experiment was conducted to study the effect of different nutrient concentration（1/4times nutrient solution,1/2times nutrient solution,1times nutrient solution,2times nutrient solution）on the changes of the main morphological and physiological indices of cucumber seedlings under different storage times（0,2,4days）in the hardening period,and the growth recovery ability of cucumber seedlings after transplanting.The results showed that for short term（0,2days）storage,the appropriate nutrient concentration of cucumber seedling should choose 1/2times nutrient solution during the hardening period.For medium-term（4days）storage,the suitable nutrient concentration of cucumber seedling should be controlled at 1/4times,1/2times nutrient solution in favor of maintaining the quality of seedlings.
