摘　　要：通过两个层面梳理了中国法律书评文章不仅仅在数量上、而且在质量上非常糟糕的学术状况:其一,从形式上阅读,通过对中国法学创新网收录的、最近5年的15种期刊所刊载的数量上考察;其二,以达玛什卡的《司法和国家权力的多种面孔》为例的书评文章的分析。这种状况实际上是中国法学学术研究状况的一个侧面表达,因为法学学术创新与法律书评、学术性书评有莫大的关系,因为法律书评、学术性书评的基本品格就在于知识贮备与积累,从而更可能出现法学学术创新。The articles of Chinese legal book review are quite poor not only in the quantity but also in the quality by two ways： one is reading in the form by analyzing the 15 legal magazines, the other is analyzing content of the articles of book review on Damask＇s the faces of justice and state authority.
