摘　　要：电信行业极强的专业性和技术性,以及电信运营商的市场垄断地位决定了电信消费者的自主选择权不可避免地受到限制和侵害。电信消费过程中常见的"差别待遇"、"捆绑销售"、"陷阱消费"、"电信骚扰"等正日益严重地侵害消费者的自主选择权,与此同时,电信消费者的维权却举步维艰。因而我们必须检讨与电信消费者自主选择权相关的法律制度体系,并对其进行完善。Strong professional and technical characteristics of telecommunication industry, coming with monopoly of telecommunication operators result in restriction and violation to consumers＂ right to choose. ＂ Discriminatory treatment＂, ＂ bundling sell＂, ＂trap consumption＂, and ＂telecom harassing＂ are infringing consumers＇right to choose. At the same time, it is hard for telecom consumers to protect their rights. So, it is necessary to consider how to perfect the related legal system.
