摘 要:目的探讨功能性身心训练对军人心理与运动功能的影响。方法从身体和心理健康的325名战士中随机抽取40名,每次在传统军事训练前进行功能性身心干预训练,进行为期8周、每周3次、每次1.5 h的训练。对比训练前后SCL-90症状自评量表、功能动作筛查测试评分。结果训练后除偏执、恐怖因子外,其他因子得分均优于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。身体功能方面,训练前后功能动作筛查测试评分比较,除直线弓箭步外其他各因子差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论功能性身心干预训练对促进战士心理健康水平、优化运动功能具有较好的效果。Objective To investigate the influence of functional physical and mental intervention training on soldier mental and motor function. Methods 40 of 325 health soldiers were selected. Body function and psychological behavior training were taken before military training. The soldiers were taken training for 1.5 hours, 3 times a week, lasted for 8 weeks. SCL-90 and functional action screening test scoring system were compared between before and after training. Results After training, except paranoia, terrorist factor, other factors scores were all better than before training (P 〈0.05). In body function aspect, the functional action screening test scoring system scores were compared before and af-ter training, except straight line forward lunge, other factors had significant differences (P〈 0.01). Conclusion Func-tional physical and mental training can improve the soldiers&#39; mental and physical function.
