摘 要:为了探讨贫困大学生感戴、心理资本、压力知觉与心理健康的关系,本研究采用大学生感戴量表(SCSG)、心理资本量表(PCQ)、压力知觉量表(CPSS)、心理健康量表(MHSCS)对677名贫困大学生进行测量。结果显示:(1)感戴与心理资本、心理健康各维度及总分呈显著正相关、与压力知觉呈显著负相关,心理资本与压力知觉呈显著负相关、与心理健康各维度及总分呈显著正相关,压力知觉与心理健康各维度及总分呈显著负相关;(2)压力知觉在感戴、心理资本与心理健康关系间均起着部分中介作用,心理资本与压力知觉在感戴与心理健康关系间还起着序列中介作用。因此,感戴、心理资本是贫困大学生心理健康的重要影响因素,感戴、心理资本除了直接影响其心理健康外,可以通过压力知觉的多重中介作用间接影响其心理健康水平。This study aims to explore the relationship between impoverished college students' gratitude, psy- chological capital, perceived stress and mental health, by surveying 677 impoverished college students with the Scale of College Students' Gratitude (SCSG), the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), the Chinese Per- ceived Stress Scale (CPSS), and the Mental Health Scale for College Students (MHS- CS). The results show the following: (1) There is a significantly positive correlation between the college students' gratitude and their psychological capital and mental health, and a significantly negative correlation between their gratitude and their perceived stress; there is a significantly negative correlation between their psychological capital and their per- ceived stress, a significantly positive correlation between their psychological capital and their mental health, and a significantly negative correlation between their perceived stress and their mental health; and (2) their perceived stress partially mediated between their gratitude, psychological capital and mental health; their gratitude affects their mental health through the serial mediation of their psychological capital and perceived stress. In conclusion, gratitude and psychological capital not only directly affect impoverished college students' mental health, but also indirectly affect their mental health through the multiple mediating effects of perceived stress.
