摘　　要：河流生物栖息地是河流健康的根本,开展河流生物栖息地环评是保护河流生物栖息地的必要条件。通过总结人类行为胁迫下河流生物栖息地现状,分析开发活动对河流生物栖息地造成的主要影响,针对涉及河流生物栖息地的环评制度、技术方法和监督管理方面的不足,提出促进河流生物栖息地保护的建议。As potamous habitats is fundamental to the health of rivers, the environmental impact assessment of potamous habitats is an essential condition for its protection. The paper summarizes the current situations of potamous habitats under the menace of human activities, and analyzes the major impact of construction activities on potamous habitats. After pointing out the deficiency in environmental impact assessment system of pntamous habitats, the incomplete technical approaches, and supervision measures, the paper raised some proposals on the better protection of potamous habitats.
