摘 要:2013年11月对渤海湾浮游植物和环境理化因子综合调查,调查共发现浮游植物56种,主要由硅藻组成,还有少量的甲藻和绿藻,常见种以硅藻为主;浮游植物细胞密度介于3.92×104~2 586.67×104cells/L,平均值为219.92×104cells/L。各采样点浮游植物多样性指数H’的变化范围为0.85~3.74,平均值为2.54;均匀度指数变化范围为0.34~0.82,平均值为0.62;丰富度指数变化范围为0.25~1.50,平均值为0.90。灰关联分析结果表明,影响渤海湾浮游植物分布的关键因子是亚硝酸盐、氨氮、活性磷酸盐和硝酸盐。A detailed field survey of hydrological chemical and biological resources in Bohai Bay was conducted in the offshore waters of Tianjin in November, 2013. A Total of 56 taxa of phytoplanton were identified. The phytoplankton community was mainly composed of Bacillariophyta, while a few species belonging to Pyrrophyta and Chlorophyta. Common species were Baeillariophyta. Cell abundance of phytoplanton ranged from 3.92 × 10^4 to 2 586.67 × 10^4 cells/L with an average of 219.92 × 10^4 cells/L. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 0.85 to 3.74 with an average of 2.54 ; the Pielou diversity index ranged from 0. 34 to 0.82 with an average of 0.62 ; the Margalef diversity index ranged from 0.25 to 1.50 with an average of 0.90. The result of grey relational analysis suggests that the key environmental factors influencing the phytoplankton distribution in Bohai Bay are nitrite, ammonia nitrogen, active phosphorus and nitrate.
