摘　　要：结直肠癌是消化系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,有研究报道Notch信号通路在结直肠肿瘤干细胞形成结直肠癌中起关键作用,然而其对结直肠肿瘤干细胞的作用机制尚不清楚。如能清楚地了解Notch信号通路在结直肠肿瘤干细胞中的作用,可为以后研发以Notch信号通路联合肿瘤干细胞为治疗靶点的新途径提供参考。本研究就Notch信号通路在结直肠肿瘤干细胞中作用的相关文献加以综述。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common tumors in the digestive system.The research has reported： col-orectal cancer stem cells have formed colorectal cancer because Notch signaling pathway has played a key effect on it. but it is not clear of the mechanism of colorectal cancer stem cells.If we can clearly understand what exactly the role Notch signal pathway plays,the effect can help us to open new ways for the future research and development through Notch signaling pathway joint methods of using cancer stem cells as therapeutic targets.In this paper,the literature relat-ed to the role of Notch signaling pathway in colorectal cancer stem cells is to be reviewed.
