摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理模式对产妇围生期保健质量的影响。方法选取2013年10月-2014年6月在本院分娩的240例产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各120例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理。比较两组的分娩方式、并发症发生率、产程、健康教育知晓率。结果观察组的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的第一产程和第二产程时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的母乳喂养、育儿及产妇保健知识合格率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人性化护理模式提高了产科分娩质量及新生儿安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing mode on maternity health care’s quality during perinatal period. Methods 240 pregnant women for delivery in our hospital from October 2013 to June 2014 were se-lected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,120 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing,the observation group was given humanistic nursing.The maternity delivery mode,the incidence rate of complication,stages of labor,the rate of health education awareness in two groups was compared re-spectively. Results The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 15.00%in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The first and second stages of labor in the observa-tion group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The qualified rate of awareness of basic knowledge of breastfeeding,maternal and child,child raising and maternity health care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing mode im-proves delivery quality and newborn safety in obstetrical department,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
