品质管理在基层医院护理质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品质管理在基层医院护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法比较品质管理项目应用前后护理不良事件发生情况。结果品质管理实施后,护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论将品质管理应用于护理管理,能有效提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the effect of quality control in nursing management of primary hospital.Methods The incidence of nursing adverse events were compared before and after the application of quality control in nursing management.Results The incidence of nursing ad- verse events was lower after the application of quality control in nursing management （P〈 O. 05）. Conclusion The application of quality control in nursing management could reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and improve nursing quality.
