摘　　要：晚清时期戏剧禁管的有关规定名目繁多,范围广泛,涉及声腔、剧目、演出时间地点等多方面。为使法规条例得到有效的执行,官方和戏园采取了多种具体的禁管处罚措施加以配合,诸如制定戏园章程、罚款、剧目审查、驱逐违禁戏班及演员等。本文对此进行讨论,旨在从一个侧面厘清清代戏剧管理的行为逻辑和经验得失。In Late Qing Dynasty, there were a variety of prohibitions and regulations on performances in theaters including tunes, repertoire, time and venues. In order to carry out all the prohibitions, the administration departments and the theaters also made many regulations in detail regarding the rules for theater, the size of the fine, the censorship and the banishment of the troupes and the performers who violate the regulations. Based on the investigations, this article will track the logic and the experiences of the theater management in late Qing Dynasty.
