摘　　要：冀南新区煤炭文化积淀深厚,比较优势明显。充分发掘冀南新区煤炭文化的精神内涵和时代价值,探索将文化资源优势转化为经济发展驱动力的路径,推动煤炭文化产业化发展,对于加快冀南新区"绿色崛起",具有重要的现实意义。Ji-Nan New Area is profound in coal culture accumulation ,which has obvious comparative advantage. Excavating the ＂coal culture＂ connotation and modern value, explorting the path in turning cultural resources advantage into a driving force for economic development,promoting the development of ＂coal culture＂ industrialization, These methods has important practical significance for speeding up the ＂Green Emerging＂ of Ji-Nan New Area.
