水胶体敷料在无创呼吸机患者鼻面罩应用中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨水胶体敷料在无创呼吸机患者鼻面罩应用中的疗效。方法:选取2012年8月-2013年11月在笔者所在医院中心ICU使用无创呼吸机面罩患者共100例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,治疗组以水胶体敷料在鼻翼两侧及鼻梁处、面颊部、下颌处粘贴,对照组予无菌纱布垫在鼻翼两侧及鼻梁处、面颊部、下颌处固定,观察两组面部压疮发生情况。结果:治疗组Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期压疮发生率为6%,对照组Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期压疮发生率为28%,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机辅助通气过程中,应用水胶体敷料能有效防止面部压疮的发生。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of hydrocolloid dressings in noninvasive ventilator patients with nasal mask.Method： From August 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital center ICU using noninvasive ventilator mask 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with hydrocolloid dressings paste on both sides of the nose and nose, cheek, lower jaw, the control group was treated with sterile gauze pad on both sides of the nose and nose, cheek, lower jaw is fixed, the number of facial occurrence bedsore of two groups were observed and analyzed.Result： Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ occu,rrence rate of the treatment group was 6%, the control group was 28%, the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation process, application of hydrocnlloid dressings can effectively prevent the occurrence of face pressure sore.
