异地栽培对羌活生长及有效成分含量的影响

摘　　要：研究异地栽培对羌活生长指标及有效成分含量的影响。采用药典法和HPLC法测定比较两地羌活中异欧前胡素和羌活醇含量。结果表明,8月前羌活主要以地上生长为主,有效成分的积累量较少;9月中旬地上部分的生长量不再变化,有效成分积累加快,且达到最大量;10月过后,随着气温的降低,地上部分开始枯萎,植物代谢消耗能量主要由根提供,有效成分有所降低。因此,确定羌活的最佳采收期为9月中旬。异地羌活异欧前胡素含量高于当地羌活,而羌活醇含量差异不大,当地略高。This paper studied the impacts of introduction cultivation on growth and components content of Notopterygium incisum, using the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method determined the isoimperatorin and notopterol by HPLC in Notopterygium incisum. The results showed that before August, Notopterygium incisum mainly grew overground and had a little components accumulation. The growth of the overground was no longer change in middle September, the components accumulate increased and reached maximum. After October, with the decrease of temperature, the overground part was wither. The organic consumption provided mainly by root and the components reduced gradually. The optimal harvest time of Notopterygium iacisum was middle September, the isoimperatorin of introduction Notopterygium incisum was higher than origin Notopterygium incisum. The notopterol of Notopterygium incisum in two place had little difference, but was slightly higher in origin Notopterygium incisum.
