摘　　要：上海外滩踩踏事件表明我国智慧旅游建设亟需深入。针对传统旅游预警系统存在的问题,提出由时间、空间、主客体三方面指标的大数据构成智慧旅游预警指标系统,创建由预警指标系统、智能服务系统、智能干预系统、智能处置系统构成的智慧旅游预警系统运行模型,提出支持该系统运行的技术环境和管理环境。This paper attempted to develop a model of intelligent tourism warning system. The Shanghai bund stampede showed that China needed developing intelligent tourism urgently, aiming at the existing problems in traditional tourism warning. This paper created the intelligent tourism warning index system, that consisted of big data from three parts ： The time, the space, the subjects and objects. And this paper set up the running model of in- telligent tourism warning system, which comprised of the intelligent warning index system, intelligent service system, intelligent intervention system, and intelligent disposal system. Furthermore, this paper put forward the support conditions of technology and management of the intelligent tourism warning system.
