摘  要:500 kV天广一回线路已运行21年,为了准确掌握其线路绝缘子运行状态,为后续运维及技术监督提供指导,对5个取样点71片玻璃绝缘子及1支复合绝缘子进行了研究。试验项目主要包括外观及尺寸检查、锁紧销检查、镀层试验、工频击穿耐受试验、热震试验、温度循环试验、机械破坏负荷试验、残留机械强度试验、运行电压下红外检查、憎水性试验、密封性能试验及额定机械负荷耐受试验等。研究结果表明,玻璃及复合绝缘子整体运行状况较为良好,未出现严重劣化情况。但部分型号玻璃绝缘子劣化率高于标准要求,部分复合绝缘子表面憎水性已出现较大程度下降,需要在后续运维中加强关注。500 kV Tiangtmng one-circuit line has been ranning for 21 years. In order to correctly know well running state of insulators on the line and provide guidance for following operation and maintenance and techn/cal supervision, tiffs paper studies 71 pieces of glass in- sulators and one composite insulator of 5 sampling points. Test items included check on appearance and size, examination on fitting pin, test on clad layer, tolerance test on working frequency breakdown, heat shock test, temperature circulation test, test on mechanical falling load, test on residual mechanical strength, infrared check on operational voltage, hydrophobicity test, test on sealing property, tolerance test on rated mechanical load, and so on. The research results indicate that whole running states of glass insulators and com- posite insulators are relatively good and there is no serious degradation occurring, but degradation rate of some typed glass insulators is higher than standard requirement and surface hydrophobicity of some composite insulators greatly declines which should be focused on in following operation and maintenance.
