摘 要:琥珀胆碱是临床常用的去极化型肌松药,主要作为手术麻醉诱导剂。近年来该药被非法制成毒针,用来从事违法活动,造成人员琥珀胆碱中毒而死亡。本文综述了琥珀胆碱与代谢产物琥珀单酰胆碱的药代动力学过程,生物样品中琥珀胆碱和琥珀单酰胆碱的前处理以及定性、定量分析方法,对该药法医毒物分析过程中的分析靶标确定、生物检材确定、样品处理与保存等关键问题进行了探讨,对今后琥珀胆碱中毒的司法实践进行了展望。Succinylcholine is a short-acting, depolarizing neuro-muscle blocking agent that is used extensively in clinic, especially for anesthesia. In recent years, some criminals made it into injectable drugs for illegal activities and caused death due to succinylcholine poisoning. This article reviewed the pharmaeokinetics of succinylcholine and its metabolite, succinylmonocholine, as well as the pretreatment of suecinylcholine and suecinylmonocholine in biologi- cal samples and methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Some key issues such as choosing the target ana- lytes and biological samples, the conditions of the pretreatment and preservation of samples in the forensic toxicology analysis of sueeinylcholine were further discussed with a prospect of sueeinylcholine poisoning in forensic setting.
