我国省级科协系统院士专家工作站建设基本特征研究——来自全国20个省区市500家企业的样本分析

摘　　要：各级科协组织系统性推动企业建设院士专家工作站的近几年间,企业建站数和院士专家进站数均呈现出迅速增长的态势。结合2013年中国科协面向全国30个省级科协开展的调研情况,通过对回收的20省区市500家企业调查问卷的多维度分析,从产业布局、科技计划项目合作、经费支持、管理机构以及发挥作用等方面,总结出科协系统推动建设的企业院士专家工作站的六大基本特征,为科协系统乃至全国今后更好地开展建站工作提供参考。Over the past few years, the organizations of provincial Association for Science and Technology （AST） have systematic promoted enterprises to build academician expert workstations. As a result, the numbers of workstations and academician into workstations have rapidly grown. According to the survey to 30 provinces carried out by China AST in 2013 and the analysis to the samples which come from 500 enterprises, the characteristics of academician expert workstation built by enterprises have been summarized from several aspects： industrial layout, the project of science and technology, funding support and administration. Undoubtedly, this provides references to further implement the construction of academician expert workstation.
