摘　　要：对天竺葵组织培养的研究进展进行了综述,包括外植体的选择、培养基的选择、植物生长调节剂的使用、组培条件、褐化和玻璃化的控制等方面内容,分析了目前天竺葵组织培养中存在的问题,并对天竺葵组织培养发展进行了展望。In this paper, the research progress in tissue culture of geranium was reviewed from the aspects of the choice of explants, the choice of culture media, the application of growth regulators, the conditions of tissue culture, the control of browning and vitrification, and so on. Meanwhile, the problems existing in tissue culture of geranium were analyzed and its development was also forecasted.
