摘　　要：针对断路器三相位置不一致时间继电器存在动作时间偏差问题,进行测试和分析,找出了拨轮式和静态无源二类时间继电器出现问题的原因,并提出相应的整改措施,避免由此引起的线路重合失败而扩大停电事故的发生,提高了供电可靠性。Operating time deviation of three-phase inconsistent time relay is tested and analyzed. Reasons of problems in thumb wheel time relay and passive time relay are detected, and corresponding improvement is proposed to avoid outage extension resulting from line reclosure failure and improve power supply reliability.
