摘 要:目的:观察益肾止衰颗粒对 CKD3~5期患者的临床疗效。方法:单中心的开放性随机对照研究。入选CKD3~5期患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组。所有入选的患者均予西医基础治疗,试验组在基础治疗上加用益肾止衰颗粒,对照组在基础治疗上加用尿毒清颗粒,疗程24周,每8周观察治疗后eGFR、Scr、BUN、UA、Alb变化。结果:两组的总体疗效相当,组间比较eGFR、Scr、BUN、UA、Alb在各个随访期均差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。两组的eGFR在治疗前后及组间比较都差异无统计学意义( P>0.05),但益肾止衰颗粒组在治疗期间相对保持稳定,而尿毒清颗粒组呈现下降的趋势。益肾止衰颗粒组的Alb有升高的趋势,在24周后差异有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论:益肾止衰颗粒具有一定的延缓慢性肾衰竭进展的作用,其疗效与尿毒清颗粒相当,并且能改善慢性肾衰竭患者的营养不良,在卫生经济学上更具有优势。Objective:To observe the effect of Yishenzhishuai particles on patients of chronic kidney disease( CKD)3~4 stage. Methods:An open randomized controlled single-center study. Total 80 patients of CKD 3~4 stage were randomized divided into test group and control group. All patients were accepted the foundation of Western medicine treatment,the patients in test group were plused with Yishenzhishuai particles,and the patients in control group were plused with Niaoduqing particles. The course of treatment was 24 weeks. Observed the changes of estimate glomerular filtration rate( eGFR),serum creatinine( Scr),blood urea ni-trogen( BUN),Uric acid( UA)and plasma albumin( Alb)every 8 weeks. Results:Both groups had similar overall efficacy,eGFR, Scr,BUN,UA,and Alb were not significant difference between the groups for each follow-up period(P〉0. 05). eGFR was no sig-nificant difference between before and after treatment and comparison groups(P〉0. 05). But eGFR in test group remained relatively stable during the treatment,while it showed a downward trend in Niaoduqing particles. Alb in test group showers a tend to increase, it has statistically significant after 24 weeks(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Yishenzhishuai particles has the effect of a certain decay delay progression of chronic renal failure,the efficacy was quite with Niaoduqing particles. Yishenzhishuai particles can improve malnutri-tion in patients with chronic renal failure,and has more advantages on health economics.
