摘 要:目的:采用超声心动图检测法初步探讨电磁脉冲(Electromagnetic Pulse,EMP)辐照对大鼠左心室心功能的影响。方法:14只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组,每组7只。在锥形平板GTEM小室内接受EMP辐照,EMP辐照参数为:场强200 k V/m,脉冲前沿3.5 ns,脉宽14 ns,重复频率1 Hz,正常对照组进行假辐照。两组大鼠于辐照前及辐照后6 h、2 d和3d,采用超声心动图检测大鼠左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(EF)、短轴收缩率(FS)和心动周期(CC)等形态学与功能学指标,采用SPSS软件进行两因素多水平重复测量数据的方差分析。结果:两组大鼠左心室心功能各项指标辐照前基础值无显著性差异;辐照因素、时间因素及照射-时间交互作用对大鼠心功能指标LVEDV、LVESV、SV、EF、FS、CC等的影响未见显著性差异。结论:该条件下的EMP辐照不足以造成大鼠心功能的明显改变,超声心动图是一种安全、无创、可重复性强的评估大鼠心功能的方法。Objective To explore the effects of electromagnetic pulse(EMP) on cardiac function in the left ventricle of rats by echocardiogram test. Methods Fourteen healthy male SD rats, weighing(190±10) g, were randomly divided into two groups with7 rats each group. The observation group was subjected to EMP irradiation, with 200 k V/m, 3.5 ns duration, 14 ns width, 1 Hz, and the control group underwent false irradiation. The cardiac functions in the left ventricle, such as left ventricle end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), left ventricle end- systolic volume(LVESV), stroke volume(SV), ejection fraction(EF), fractional shortening(FS),cardiac cycle(CC) and some other morphological and functional indexes of rats in this two groups were measured by echocardiogram test before and 6 h, 2 d, 3 d after EMP exposure. The variance of these data from the repeatedly multilevel measurement of two factors were analyzed by SPSS software. Results The two groups showed no significant difference in the basic value of several indexes of the cardiac function in left ventricle before irradiation. And the effects of the EMP, time after exposure and interaction between EMP treatments and time after exposure on LVEDV, LVESV, SV, EF, FS and CC in these two groups of rats were not significantly different. Conclusion EMP exposure in this study are not enough to make significant changes in left ventricle function of rats. Echocardiogram is a non-invasive and repeatable method to evaluate cardiac function of rats safely.
