摘 要:目的通过激光多普勒测振法观察活体与死亡后豚鼠鼓膜超谐振动的差异,以阐明鼓膜振动失真对传音的影响。方法麻醉豚鼠后,分别给予85 d B SPL声强,0.5、1、2、4、6、8 k Hz频率纯音刺激,采用紧凑式单点激光多普勒测振仪测量活体及死亡3 h后豚鼠鼓膜脐部振幅。结果在各种刺激频率下,豚鼠鼓膜脐部均记录到不同幅值的响应。死亡3 h后,在0.5 k Hz和1 k Hz声刺激下,观察到超谐振动响应;但是在活体豚鼠中未观察到此现象。活体与死亡3 h后豚鼠鼓膜超谐振动的差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论豚鼠鼓膜的超谐振动是一种振动失真,活体状态下,可能存在中耳的某种生理功能抑制了这种振动失真,这样更有利于声音的清晰传递。Objective To illustrate the effect of tympanic membrane vibration distortion on sound transmission by comparing tympanic membrane vibration of living and post-mortem guinea pigs using a laser Doppler vibrometer (LDV). Methods The velocity of the umbo of tympanic membrane was measured with 85 dB SPL pure tones at the frequencies of 0.5,1,2,4,6,8 kHz presented in the ear canal in living and 3 hours post-mortem guinea pigs. Results There were peak responses of the umbo with the stimulus through the whole frequency range. In 3 hours post-mortem guinea pigs, superharmonic vibrations were observed with 0.5 kHz and 1 kHz stimulus, but this phenomenon was not observed in living ones. Regarding the superharmonic vibration of tympanic membrane, there were significant differences (P = 0. 002) between living and 3 hours post-mortem guinea pigs. Conclusions The superharmonic vibration which only existed in post-mortem guinea pigs is a kind of distortion. In living animals, that distortion may be inhibited by nfiddle ear through some mechanism.
