基于多功能农业发展的池州市农村土地整治策略

摘　　要：随着社会的进步、经济的发展以及人们生活需求的多样化,农业的多功能性不断得到拓展和深化。在当前加快推进农业现代化的背景下,发展多功能现代农业已经成为农业发展的基本态势,而多功能现代农业发展态势则是制定农村土地整治策略的重要前提条件。本文基于多功能农业视角,从现代农业的农产品保障、生态保护、旅游观光和传承农耕文明等功能出发,探讨了池州市现代农业发展方向,即发展品牌特色农业、高效生态农业、乡村旅游休闲农业和绿色有机农业。同时围绕发展多功能现代农业,确定了池州市农村土地整治重点区域、方向以及创新农村土地整治模式等策略,从而为实现发展多功能现代农业与实施农村土地整治相联动以及促进农民增收、农业增效和农村发展提供决策依据。With the progress in the society, the development of the economy and diversified needs of people＇ s life, the polyfunctionality of agriculture is expanded and deepened continuously. Currently, under the background of accelerating agricultural modernization, developing multi-functlonal modern agriculture has become the basic trend of agricultural development, while the development of multi-functional modern agriculture is the important premise condition for making rural land consolidation strategy. Based of the pers development directions of modern agriculture in Chi pe zh ctive of multi-functional agriculture, this paper discusses the ou City, including developing brand-characteristic agriculture, efficient-ecological agriculture, rural sight-seeing agriculture and green-organic agriculture as well by guaranteeing agricultural product supply, protecting ecological environment, providing tourism space and inheriting farming civilization. In addition, several rural land consolidation tactics are suggeted with the focus on confirming the directions and key areas of rural land consolidation, innovating rural land consolidation patterns so as to provide a basis for making decisions of promotion the linkage of developing multi-functional modern agriculture and implementing rural land consolidation as well as increasing farmers＇ income, agricultural benefits and promoting rural development.
