摘 要:研究了硫酸铝作为钛白粉的盐处理剂对钛白初品的作用规律,主要包括硫酸铝对钛白初品金红石晶型转化率、消色力、白度、粒子形貌等方面的影响。试验表明:硫酸铝是金红石晶型转化抑制剂,铝盐在钛白粉中含量在0.08%-0.28%范围内对钛白初品消色力几乎无影响。当钛白初品中铝盐含量在0.05%-0.10%范围内,钛白初品白度值随着含铝量的增加而增长,当铝盐含量在0.10%-0.50%范围内,钛白初品白度值随着铝盐含量增加反而不断降低。研究显示硫酸铝的加入有利于钛白初品粒子按四方晶系生长。The effect of aluminum sulfate as salt treatment agent on the properties of titanium dioxide initial products, mainly including the rutile conversion rate, achromatic energy, whiteness and particle mor- phology, was studied. The results show that aluminum sulfate is inhibitor of rutile transformation and has almost no effect on achromatic energy of titanium dioxide initial products with content of 0.08% - 0.28%. The whiteness value of titanium dioxide initial products increases with increasing aluminum salt content in the range of 0.05% - 0.10%, while it continuously decreases with increasing aluminum salt content in the range of 0. 10% - 0.50%. It is also found that addition of aluminum sulfate favors the growth of tetragonal system particles for titanium dioxide.
