摘　　要：科技正在改变人们的生活。面对"智慧城市"的到来,转变规划思路,创新规划方法,对于更好地配置公共空间资源,尤为重要。论文针对规划现存的问题,提出智慧城市建设中规划应着力创新转型的方面,以期实现社会与人的共同进步。Science and technology is changing our life. Facing ＇Smart City＇ we should transform our thought and method of urban planning which is more and more important for us to configure the land and space resources on fair. The essay analyze the problems of urban planning and provide the measures for transformation and innovation of urban planning when we construct the smart city .In this way, it will achieve the promotion of the society and the people
