摘　　要：真菌性角膜炎已被公认为眼科疾病中致盲率较高的疾病,特别是发展中国家。为了提高治疗效果、增加治疗手段及防治该病,临床医生需要对该病发病机制及现有治疗方式进行深入了解,以后的临床工作提高更多的思路。本文对真菌性角膜溃疡的真菌毒力、炎症反应和免疫反应等发病机制作出探讨。Fungalkeratitishasbeenrecognizedasblinding eye diseases with high rates of disease, particularly in developing countries. In order to enhance the effectiveness, increase treatment means treat and prevent to the disease, clinicians need to anin- depth understandingofdisease path ogenesis and current treatment methods in order to improve clinical work in the future. This article is a discussion on fungal virulence and pathogenesis of immune response, inflammatoryrespouse offungalkeratitis.
