摘　　要：基于对创新政策分析框架体系的研究,结合2009年以来我国节能与新能源汽车产业政策的动态和趋势,选取了"十城千辆节能与新能源汽车示范推广应用工程"、"新能源汽车产业技术创新工程"等重大政策,总结分析了政策实施效果,归纳了当前产业政策存在的问题,并对产业下一步发展提出相应的政策建议。Based on the analysis of innovation policies, the industrial policies of energy-saving and new energy vehicles since 2009 were classified into three categories. The major policies tbr the promotion of new energy vehicles and for technological innovation were discussed and the effects of these policies were concluded. The paper also summarized the current problems ihcing industrial policy and offers some practical suggestions.
