摘 要:选用直径为0.2mm的65Mn弹簧钢丝作为线锯基体,采用真空炉中钎焊(以镍基合金粉为钎料)和管式炉中氩气保护钎焊(以银铜钛合金粉为钎料)的方法制备金刚石线锯,对比研究了两种线锯的表面形貌、基体显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能。结果表明:采用银铜钛合金粉为钎料制备的金刚石线锯性能更优,其抗拉强度为1 132MPa,伸长率为3.27%,疲劳寿命为12h,基体组织为回火索氏体。Spring steel 65Mn wire with the diameter of 0. 2 mm was selected as the wire saw matrix. The brazed diamond wire saws were prepared by brazing process in a vacuum furnace using nickel-based alloy powder solder and in a tube furnace using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy powder solder. Their surface morphology, matrix microstructure, mechanical properties and fatigue properties were investigated comparatively. The results indicate that the diamond wire saw prepared using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy powder as solder had better properties, whose tensile strength was 1 132 MPa, elongation was 3. 27%, fatigue life was 12 h, and matrix microstructure was tempering sorbite.
