针灸推拿联合心理干预治疗儿童多发性抽动症的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察针灸、推拿联合心理干预治疗儿童多发性抽动症的临床效果。方法 80例多发性抽动症患儿根据治疗方法分为药物治疗组28例、针灸推拿组25例及综合治疗组27例;药物治疗组患儿给予氟哌啶醇治疗,在药物治疗的基础上,针灸推拿组患儿实施针灸、推拿治疗,综合治疗组患儿给予针灸、推拿及心理干预综合治疗;15 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后及治疗结束6个月后判定疗效。结果治疗3个疗程后,药物治疗组、针灸推拿组和综合治疗组患儿治疗总有效率分别为64.29%(18/28)、84.00%(21/25)和92.59%(25/27);治疗结束6个月后,药物治疗组、针灸推拿组和综合治疗组患儿治疗总有效率分别为39.29%(11/28)、68.00%(17/25)和85.19%(23/27);治疗3个疗程后及治疗结束6个月后,针灸推拿组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于药物治疗组(P<0.05),综合治疗组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于针灸推拿组(P<0.05)。结论针灸推拿联合心理干预治疗儿童多发性抽动症具有较好的临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and manipulation combined with mental interven- tion for treating Tourette syndrome in children. Methods Eighty children with Tourette syndrome were divided into medication group （ n = 28 ） , acupuncture and manipulation group （ n = 25 ） and comprehensive treatment group （ n = 27 ） according to ther- apeutic method. The children in medication group were treated with haloperidol. Based on the medication,the children in acu- puncture and manipulation group were treated with acupuncture and manipulation;while the children in comprehensive treat- ment group were treated with acupuncture, manipulation and mental intervention. One course of treatment was fiteen days. The effect was evaluated after three courses of treatment and six months of treatment. Results. After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate in medication group, acupuncture and manipulation group and comprehensive treatment group was 64.29% （18/28） ,84.00% （21/25） and 92.59% （25/27） ,respectively. Six months after treatment, the total effective rate in medica- tion group, acupuncture and manipulation group and comprehensive treatment group was 39.29% （ 11/28 ） ,68.00% （ 17/25 ） and 85.19% （23/27）, respectively. The total effective rate in acupuncture and manipulation group was higher significantly than that in medication group （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the total effective rate in comprehensive treatment group was higher significantly than that in acupuncture and manipulation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and manipulation combined with mental intervention in treatment of children with Tourette syndrome can obtain good curative effect.
