摘　　要：注水井由于腐蚀结垢等原因造成井筒堵塞,通过套管刮削及冲砂洗井可有效解除。以新疆某油田注水井188井为例,详细介绍了注水井套管刮削及冲砂洗井作业的施工步骤、井控要求以及安全环保要求,为其他注水井套管刮削及冲砂洗井作业提供参考。Some reasons cause injection well bore congestion, such as corrosion, scaling and so on. Casing-scraping and sand-washing can effectively remove the blockage in well bore. Taking injection well 188 in a Xinjiang oilfield as an example, the construction steps of injection well casing-scraping and sand-washing were introduced as well as well control requirements, safety and environmental protection requirements, which could provide the reference for casing-scraping and sand-washing operation of other injection wells.
