摘　　要：本文对如何确定中国技术标准规定(CTSO)审查基础进行了详细解析,包括审查基础的组成、审查基础确定的关键技术点等内容,供进行中国技术标准规定批准书(CTSOA)批准的机载设备单位借鉴使用。This work carries out a detailed analysis on how to determine the CTSO certification basis, mainly focusing on the content of CTSO certification basis and the determination of its key technical points. It can be used as reference for aircraft equipment manufacturers which are scheduled for a CTSOA approval.
