从风温探索手足口病病因病机

摘　　要：目的 :辨析手足口病的病因病机。方法 :运用中医风温理论和方法系统分析在临沂市流行的手足口病属性、中医证候、传变规律、病变过程等方面的特点,归纳其病因病机。结果:在临沂市流行的手足口病属风温病,符合卫气营血的传变规律,其病因为感受春季或冬令风热病邪,其病机为邪在卫、气、营。临床表现以卫、气同病或卫、气、营(血)同病者居多,极少见到单纯的卫分证、气分证或营(血)分证者。结论:在临沂市流行的手足口病可从风温论治。Objective：To analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods：The characteristics of property,TCM syndromes,transforming rule and pathogenic process of hand-foot-mouth dis ease in Linyi were systematically analyzed by the TCM theory and method of wind-warm（Feng Wen） and the etiology and pathogenesis were summarized. Results：The hand-foot-mouth disease in Linyi city belonged to wind-warm（Feng Wen） disease. Its onset conformed to the transforming rule of defense-qi-nutrient-blood. The cause of the disease is the infection of wind-heat evil of spring or winter and its pathogenesis is the evil in defense,qi and nutrient. The main clinical manifestations were illness in both defense and qi or in defense, qi, nutrient （blood）. Syndrome only in defense, qi or nutrient （blood） was extremely rare. Conclu- sion：Hand-foot-mouth disease spread in Linyi city can be treated by theory and method of wind-warn（Feng Wen）.
