摘 要:为了探索贵州高硫煤洁净利用新途径,分析了贵州高硫煤样的煤岩学特征、煤化学工艺特性、煤中硫含量及形态,并通过微生物浮选实验研究,探讨了不同高硫煤对于实验条件的适应性以及影响脱硫率的因素。结果表明:微生物对于黄铁矿表面性质的改变既有正面的,也有负面的;不同高硫煤对于预处理时间、粒径等实验条件具有不同的适应性,脱硫率变化趋势也较复杂;除了脱硫实验条件,煤样本身性质对于高硫煤脱硫率同样具有重要作用,影响因素包括:煤中各种形态硫的含量与分布状态、煤中黄铁矿硫占全硫的比例、黄铁矿与黏土矿物伴生组合关系。In order to find a new method for the clean utilization of high-sulfur coal in Guizhou,the petrologic and chemical characteristics of coals were analyzed,as well as the content of sulfur in coal and its different forms.The fitness of different high-sulfur coals to the same experimental condition and the factors influenced sulfur removal ratio were investigated through the microbial flotation experiments.The results show that microbial modification of the surface characteristics of pyrite can both be positive and negative.Different high-sulfur coals have a different fitness to the same experimental conditions such as pretreatment time and grain size,so the sulfur removal ratios have different trends.Beside the experimental condition,the characteristics of coals also have important influences on the sulfur removal ratios,including content of different forms of sulfur and the distribution patterns,the ratio of pyritic sulfur to total sulfur,the combination relationships between pyrite and clay minerals.
