摘  要:为了实时有效地监控输液速度、输液温度等输液状态信息,提出了一种新型输液监护仪的系统设计。该输液监护仪采用红外对管作为传感器对液滴滴落采集计数,实现对输液速度和剩余输液量的监控。用温度传感器DS18B20采集温度数据和用PTC加热器对输液管加热,实现对输液温度的控制。特别是对输液温度的监控,可以精确地将输液温度控制在恒温,让患者处于舒适的输液环境,提高患者对药液的吸收,避免寒冷输液给患者带来的负面影响。同时系统预设报警值,将采集到的数据与预设报警值进行比较判断,完成报警功能。实验测试证明,该监护仪能够准确地对输液状态信息进行监控,验证了输液监护仪设计的可行性与可靠性。In order to monitor the transfusion status information real-time and effectively, such as infusion speed, infusion temperature and so on, a new system design of infusion monitor has been proposed. The infusion monitor uses the infrared to the pipe as the sensor to count droplets for monitoring infusion speed and remaining amount. And it uses temperature sensor DS18B20 collecting temperature data and uses PTC heater on the infusion tube heating for controling infusion temperature. Especially for monitoring infusion temperature, it can accurately control infusion temperature at constant temperature, letting patients in a comfortable infusion environment, impro- ving the patients to absorb liquid and avoiding the negative effects of cold infusion to the patients. The collected da- ta will be compared with the preset alarm value to complete alarm function. Experimental tests show that the monitor can be accurate to monitor transfusion status information verifying the feasibility and reliability of the infusion moni-tor design.
