摘  要:采用烧蚀试验发动机对硅橡胶绝热材料进行了燃气速度仅为0.48 m/s,粒子含量极低的热化学烧蚀试验研究。得到了炭化烧蚀率和质量烧蚀率。观测分析了烧蚀后炭化层和热解层表面和侧面的宏观、细观结构特征。将硅橡胶绝热材料的热化学烧蚀特征与相同试验条件下的三元乙丙橡胶绝热材料烧蚀特征进行了对比,给出了硅橡胶绝热材料烧蚀建模计算的一些建议。Experimental study on thermo-chemical ablation of silicon rubber insulation material has been car- ried out using the ablation test motor in which gas speed is only 0.48m/s and particle content is extremely low. Charring ablation rate and mass ablation rate has been obtained, the macro structure characteristics and the meso structure characteristics of the surface and the section of carbon layer and pyrolysis layer has been observed and an- alyzed after the ablation experiment. The thermo-chemical ablation characteristics of silicon rubber insulation mate- rial has been compared with the EPDM insulation material under the same experimental conditions. At the end, some suggestions have been given for modelling and calculate the ablation of silicon rubber insulation material.
