楚雄腮扁叶蜂性信息素分泌节律研究

摘　　要：采用室内趋向试验和林间诱捕试验方法，研究楚雄腮扁叶蜂处女雌蜂的性信息素分泌节律。结果表明：楚雄腮扁叶蜂处女雌蜂羽化当日即可分泌性信息素并发生求偶行为，性信息素分泌和求偶行为主要发生在羽化后第1～4天。林间诱捕试验表明，处女雌蜂在自然条件下性信息素分泌的主要时段为10：00～12：00和16：00～18：00之间。The release rhythm of sex pheromone of Cephalica chuuxiongnica was studied by taxis response tests in labo ratory and trap catch tests in the field. The virgin females showed release of sex pheromones and calling behaviors on the day of eclosion, and mainly occurred from 1 day to 4 day after eclosion. Sex pheromone releases of virgin females mainly occurred from 10：00 to 12..00 am and 16..00 to 18：00 pm when placed in field condition.
