摘 要:以沉水植物金鱼藻为试验材料,经不同pH值的缓冲液处理后,测定其光合及呼吸速率、叶绿素荧光参数及叶绿素含量,探讨不同pH值对金鱼藻光合速率及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果表明:在pH值为7~9的范围内金鱼藻的叶绿素含量和光合速率较高,pH值高于10或低于6其叶绿素含量和光合速率即下降。随着pH值的升高,金鱼藻的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm’、Fv/Fo、ФPSII、ETR以及qP均相应上升,且在pH值为8~9时最大,而pH值过高(〉10)或过低(〈7)均会下降,说明金鱼藻生长适宜的pH值为8~9。In this study, the submerged plant Ceratophyllum demersum L. was treated in buffer solution with different pH, then the photosynthesis and respiration rate, chlorophyll fluorescence characters and chlorophyll content were deter- mined, to investigate the effects of pH on the photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll fluorescence characters. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthesis rate of C. clemersum were very high when the pH was 7--9, and dropped when the pH was over 10 or below 6. With the pH rise, the Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm'、Fv/Fo、ФPSII、ETR, ФPSII, ETR and qP all went up, and reached the highest when the pH was 8--9, then all dropped when the pH was over 10 or below 7. The results indicated that the optimal pH for the growth of C. demersum was 8-9.
